Edit -- Generic Group NAME -- Meeting

Some html tags you can use in the meeting description.

Delete Meeting:
DELETED
NOT DELETED 		If the meeting is marked as deleted it will not be listed.

Only delete meetings that were entered in error and which never should be listed

 
Cancel Meeting:
CANCELED
NOT CANCELED 		If the meeting is marked as canceled it will be listed with the following message that warns people that the meeting has been canceled.

Cancel meetings when you want to inform people that the meeting will no longer take place.

 
Cancel Message: When a meeting is canceled this text will be displayed to inform people that the meeting was canceled, why it was canceled and if it will be rescheduled.

If the canceled flag is not set, this text is ignored and not displayed.
